The ten (10) gallon stockpot has a removable spigot, side markings in gallon/quart measurements and a lower side indentation for supporting trays/false bottoms. To reduce the risk of getting burned when you remove the top, the lid is vented which allows steam to safely escape during the cooking process. The sturdy steel handles make it easier to move around the pot and all its contents safely and easily.
