Best and fastest water heater ever It last forever had my old one for 8 years. Unfortunatly i put the old one on the hot stove so the grip meltet. But it still workt. Beeing with out it is worse then without TV Camille June 19, 2009

A Good Find! This kettle really does heat faster than in the microwave. It is very handy when you have several over for tea, or for just a couple of folks. It is very attractive and looks great on the countertop. I have found many uses for the kettle and use it more than I ever anticipated. August 25, 2010

Great Appliance, Disappointing Lifetime It was a wonderful imporvemtn over every other water heating device we have used - aesthetically, ergonimically, and functionally. Our first pot gave out within three years, which for an expensive appliance seems to be too short a life. This is not supposed to be a razor blade. On the other hand, looking around on the internet I could not find anything else that had the exceptional features and I hope this one lasts longer. May 1, 2009
