The Chef'sChoice ® Gourmet Egg Cooker (model: 810) is an elegant stainless steel "must have" kitchen accessory that quickly cooks up to seven eggs, exactly the way you like them. Its revolutionary "Vari-Cook" feature allows you to reliably cook eggs to varying degrees of doneness in the same batch. Eggs can be combined to cook some as soft, others medium or hard boiled, each cooked to perfection and great for catering to personal preferences as well as entertaining.

There is no need to measure water for cooking; simply fill the water pan to the "water level" marks. A handy egg tray offers convenient transfer of hot eggs to the sink for cooling or directly to the table for serving. The unit also features a unique poaching tray with 3 joined elliptical shaped cups; a tribute to Julia Child, who preferred a similarly shaped holder when poaching eggs. Other convenient features include a lighted on/off switch, electronic timer with an audible ready signal, an easy clean brushed stainless design and a non stick coated water reservoir.
