Deni 12in x 12in Electric Skillet
It's ok, and fills our need for a 12-inch square skillet. However, the metal is thin, so the temperature uniformity across the pan is not very good. This replaces an excellent GE skillet, which we purchased 30 years ago. The Deni is nowhere near as good, and I doubt will last 30 years!

Disappointing Purchase
We bought this skillet to use while our kitchen was being remodeled. The connection of the power supply to the skillet is flimsy, resulting in it shutting off during cooking at the slightest movement of the cord or skillet. It requires full power to get cooking started, and if you back off the heat to a lower setting it effectively stops cooking. Fortunately we won't have to rely on this as a primary cooking source for much longer. It looks nice, but the quality for the price was disappointing.
