This restaurant-quality fryer comes with three (3) stainless steel baskets with a cool touch handle, as well as three (3) basket spaces and a stainless braided hose. This unit is perfect for frying outdoors, and is good for entertaining large groups or making a family meal.
This fryer features a temperature gauge and a drain valve, while the v-bottom design lets you use the same oil more than just once, allowing you to save money instead of having to go buy oil every time you fry. This 9 gallon unit is made of a durable 12-gauge solid painted steel, includes locking casters and a fixed side shelf, and runs on propane (LC).

Better than what I expected
This cooker is more than I expected. Our first cooking was flawless. I am very safisfied with the quality of the materials and workmanship. It was easy to assemble in about 10 minutes. The delivery was within the time specified and arrived undamaged. I was surprised at the quantity of food that can be prepared is in such a short time with this cooker.

It does not have a thermostat that will maintain the temperature. It does, however, have a thermometer so you can make sure the temperature is being maintained. You hook up a propane tank to this for the heating, and you can regulate the propane, thus regulating the temperature. Unfortunately, we do not have an outdoor fryer with a thermostat to hold the temperature.1 of 1
