This versatile toaster oven from Black & Decker (TRO480BS) can toast up to four slices of bread at a time, cook a 9" pizza, as well as bake, broil, and reheat a variety of foods quickly and easily. Its user-friendly control panel provides three simple knobs: one for setting the temperature, one for selecting a cooking function (bake, broil, toast, bagel and keep warm), and one for setting the 30-minute timer.
Other highlights include a blue "on" indicator light, see-through glass door for checking on food at a glance, a stay-cool door handle, and a sleek design that will nicely accommodate any kitchen decor. Its slide-out crumb tray makes cleanup a snap, and a broil rack and bake pan come included.

Toaster Setting Hard to Use
It is a TOASTER oven--and I use it mainly for making toast. Trying to set it to the way I like my toast, is hit or miss, daily. No calibrations or anything, just a knob that you aim for how you want your toast. Thus it's fine one morning not so good the next. Good luck to you finding "your spot" if you buy this. I don't recommend it.

I want a toaster oven that uses infra red heaters and one where the top does not become too hot

Unfortunately, we do not have a toaster oven with infrared heating. However, we do have two ovens by Morningware that use infrared heating, and the tops will not get hot. The models are H01200-WR and H01200-WOR (see units below).Products from my answer

Unfortunately, you cannot mount this under a cabinet because of the heat it gives off on the top. We do carry a toaster oven by Black and Decker that can be mounted under a cabinet, model TROS1000.
