How do you get it to lock into place? Every time I take the water dispenser out the entire unit slides out.

Can you please be more specific? Are you trying to get the brew basket to snap into place or are you trying to get the unit to stay secure under your cabinet? If it's a cabinet issue, please refer to the installation section of the manual. If it's a brew basket issue, make sure the basket is slid onto the tracks appropriately.
