The Cuisinart Power Advantage 5 Speed Hand Mixer (HM-50BK) comfortably and quickly mixes even the heaviest of ingredients to give you added power and functionality in your kitchen. Utilizing a robust 220 watt motor with automatic feedback, this mixer is more than up to the task of mixing your favorite batters, doughs, and ingredients and the automatic feedback lets you feel the progress that you are making. A slide control allows you to quickly adjust the speed of the mixer up or down as you work.

The mixer utilizes extra-long beater self cleaning beaters with no centerposts that can trap dough or batter and make the beaters harder to clean and wastes ingredients. A beater eject button quickly releases the beaters for storage and cleaning when not in use. The cord on the mixer swivels to make the mixer easy to use for both right and left handed people and on either side of a counter or bowl. The mixer comes with an instruction book and a spatula for scooping out every last ounce of ingredients from the bowl.
