A replacement part compatible with EdgeStar, KoldFront, and Danby portable dishwashers, the DWPFA faucet adapter allows easy snap-on / snap-off connection to standard (7/8" diameter) faucets. Once the adapter is secured to the faucet, use your faucet normally by simply pressing the red pressure button. It is a simple two-step procedure to connect or disconnect the inlet and drain hoses.

I would like to connect the hot and water supply into the water supply of the dishwasher and connect the drain from the dishwasher to the sink drain. Is this possible. I plan to purchase the DWP60ES dishwaher.

Hi,I have a portable dishwasher that uses this adapter, but I was wondering if anyone sells just a coupling or something that hooks onto the male portion of this unit.
I want to hook up either a garden hose or a sprayer, and being able to use the connector that's already on my sink faucet would be great.

Hello,This is a great question. There are adapters available to convert the male end of this item to a female end.
Unfortunately, we do not carry this item but it is fairly common and will be available any of your local hardware or plumbing supply stores.

I purchased this from the site about a year ago. Since then I moved and I can't hook my dishwasher up to the sink in my new place. I can't remember if the adapter came with the metal part or if I just need to replace my faucet with a 7/8 diameter. Currently all I have is the White adapter part... so I'm thinking I could have left the metal part behind at my old place if it was included.Answers

Hi,The metal part is indeed included. Because it's a separate piece from the white, it's likely that it didn't screw off when you removed it. Try your local hardware store to see if you can replace just that part, and if not -- this one will be right here waiting for you. Thanks!
