We have two
This is the only under counter refrigerator I could find that also has an icemaker and doesn't require a drain. We have one in our main house wetbar and just installed another, newer version in our vacation home wetbar. It fits our needs perfectly--a decent sized icemaker augments our main refrigerator when we have large crowds. It can hold a large assortment of beverages/wine also, freeing up space in the main frig.
While the temperature does only reach 39 degrees, it is cold enough for us and the icemaker keeps the ice frozen.
The only drawback is it can sometimes be noisier than a normal refrig.

Not cold enough
If you like your drinks very cold like we do then this is not the frig for you. It will not get them as cold as your full size frig will. We did not use the ice maker for ice but turned it on to see if it would help lower the temp, it did but only by a few degrees. A 34 degree temp setting would be great but this one only goes to 39. We returned it.
