Unknown The humidity has been so low (less than 30 percent) since I purchased this product, that I can't test it yet. I like the fact that it comes equipped with a drain hose. I don't like that the fan runs continuously. March 17, 2014
danby 70 qt.dehumidfier this is the second unit i recieved.the first made a whistling sound on the defrost mode, and the second, the same.i use it in the basement and can still hear it above on the second floor.it's a nice unit and does everything i want, but the whistling sound drives me crazy.sorry i'll be sending this dehumidifier back for a refund. r.l.lillard March 13, 2014
Driest my Garage has been. Ever! Took a while to remove all the water that saturated items in my garage, but once dried, it keeps dry. Don't know about energy efficiency yet, wait till I see my power bill. Motor squeaks occasionally, not enough to worry about, yet! Variable fan speed is nice. March 11, 2014
eojs Not at all keen on this unit. The fan runs all the time no matter the compressor in or out. Losing power goes back to the factory settings. Just not he unit for me. February 18, 2014
