Great Press
This press worked great for the spritz cookies. I used the recipe that came with the Press, however, they were a bit bland. I will try my own next time. I do wish the pressure plate (which pushes the dough down the tube) was flat instead of concave. This leaves at least a 1/4" of dough at the end of the tube. They should retrofit that item for all owners. I am not sure how long batteries will last but I did 5 doz & the batteries were still going. I would highly recommend this Press to anyone. Easy to use and easy to clean.
