Good purchase
This little fireplace looks so nice in the living room and heats well with no noise. The flames even look realistic. It could have been packaged a little better. The fireplace insert was missing two screws, but other than the screws it arrived with no damage.

The fireplace looks beautiful, however, it makes allot of noise. I called the customer service team and learned that it was the flame motor. They are sending me a replacement, hopefully this one will work.
