Enforno Wood-fired pizza oven
Assembly instructions were simple and illustrated with photos but the pictures didn't show enough detail with regard to stand assembly. The screw identification could have been more detailed as to standard screw numbers (in case you had to go to the hardware store for an extra). The total assembly took about two or three non-rushed hours. A small locking lever was missing. Basically, a flange which could be turned to hold the lower log door in place. An email to Enforno and a call to "Living Direct" support and the item showed up in the mail (great service). While I haven't fired it up yet, I expect it will work very well for my purpose. Suggested extras or accessories: 70 Wood Fired Recipes (book from Amazon) and a "Peel" the platter like tool for loading and removing pizzas.
My original plan was to excavate and build a brick oven (expensive and not movable). The Enofno (assuming it works the way I think it will) is a much better and flexible alternative. So far, I haven't found any YouTube examples showing happy users or user links for recipes, etc. Maybe I will do some when the weather gets nicer and I have done a few practice trials.
I highly rate "Living Direct" and delivery and support. and every time I see the assembled Enforno unit I smile in anticipation.
