Its Longer This cord is bit longer than the original cord. But it serve its purpose. The plug cap is easy to pop out and care must be taken. I had to replace my first one under warranty. It help be able to put the cooler away behind seat. Cord tends to STIFF when it is cold as I live up in the moutains where snow is. July 21, 2011
