KEEPS SHARPNESS, LOVE THESE KNIVES This was a great purchase for my new kitchen. I had been using the same knives for almost 15 years and my wife surprised me with this wonderful set of knives for our anniversary. I, being the type of guy that loves to cook, really was impressed at how well they handled and would easily cut through even some tough skirt steak. I would recommend these knives to any "Kitchen Guru" who wants something that will cut cleanly and retain their sharpness even after a couple of months of daily use. February 9, 2010
