40-6048 - Johnson Level 48" Digital Level with Glo-View

From Johnson Level & Tool, the Glo-View 48" Digital Level (40-6048) helps to simplify jobs that involve difficult working positions or require more active (non-static) measuring. The patented Glo-View® feature actually illuminates the vial and its surrounding area, enhancing readability in dim or poorly-lighted areas. Also helpful in low-visibility situations is the sound function which causes the level to beep as it approaches 0.0° or 90° (confirming the position with a solid tone), as well as the backlight function which lights up the LCD display screen.

The Glo-View is also equipped for jobs that call for measuring in odd positions or while upside down. In addition to lighting up, the LCD screen rotates out 180° and inverts the numeric display if flipped upside down, ensuring the data can be read when working sideways or overhead. Pushing the hold button at any time will freeze the screen's reading at that moment, making it possible to measure and record angles in tight or inaccessible areas.
