Pasta Maker
This was a great deal easier to use than I expected. I have only used it once so far, but I will be making fresh ravioli for Easter dinner so I have no worries that it will continue to be simple. The recipes included in the booklet for types of pasta are very simple to follow and quite good.

Great Product
This is a must have if you have a kitchenaid mixer. This attachement allow you to roll out thin sheets of dough for flatbreads or make pastas with the cutters. It's so convenient that you can go from flour to pasta in less than 40 minutes!
