    Koldfront 16 Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler 4.3 5 117 158
Great Product This wine cooler work fine. I bought it specifically to match the larger unit I have. Keeps the wine at a great temp. I wish the interior light would cover more on the bottom shelves as well. November 11, 2012
Happy I finally went to Napa and bought some nice red wines. It's great to have a low-noise, small, easy to use wine cooler that costs no more than a great cab. Set it and forget it. No bells and whistles to worry about or have wear out. Cooler product makes me feel happy in that I now have the ideal storage temp for Houston's hot weather and one spot for my nice wines. Nice Find Excellent cooler at a good price, very quiet, and a nice size. November 7, 2012
16 bottle wine cooler This is a gift for a family member. It arrived in exellent shape. No damage or dings. Light weight that I can pick it up. November 6, 2012

I have yet to measure with a thermometer but it got so cold, i had to turn it to a lower setting, more to the mid range. I don't hink it would freeze water, but it will be close.

I use it for whites and rose blends and they come out nice and cool ready to drink.

    Hope this is helpful.

A review from January 17th states that the purchaser got a thermometer and placed it in the fridge so he "knows his wines are at a perfect 55degrees". Don't know if that is the limit on the temps. though.

    Details:
We have an area 20 x 17 1/2 for a wine cooler but need to make sure it has front venting so it doesn't overheat. We've had 2 wine coolers in less than 3 year & all have stopped working. We feel we need a built in with the exhaust fan in the front.

We are unsure about this possibility. I'm assuming you would have to speak to a carpenter/contractor.

This is a free standing unit, that will require 2 to 3 inches on each side and the top, as well as 4 inches in the rear for proper ventilation. Unfortunately, it will be really difficult to find a built in unit with front ventilation that is shorter than 32 inches. You may want to consider a thinner unit that will allow you some space to for ventilation.
