This cooler does not have a temperature adjustment. It will cool to 40 degrees Fahrenheit below the ambient temperature. For example, if the outside temperature is 80 degrees, this cooler will cool to around 40 degrees. The average refrigerator is kept around 44 degrees Fahrenheit.1 of 1
