The Broil King MLB-25P sports two stainless steel chafing pan holders to conserve heat and keep pans aligned on the warming surfaces. Separate controls monitor each level, and the adjustable thermostats keep the heat at the perfect temperature (between 155ºF and 200ºF).

The two 4.3-quart stainless steel chafing pans hold up to 40 four oz. servings, and the three 2.6-quart pans hold up to 25 four oz. servings, plus each comes complete with clear polycarbonate lids with handy utensil slots. The two high-tech 20-1/2" x 14" warming surfaces keep the food heated and ready for serving at all times and are easy to clean after the party's over.
