Great Hot Water Heater
I am a music teacher, and I use this product in my classroom. My singers always want hot tea, and this heater holds enough water to get me through the school day. I like the locking device on top, and the dispensing button ~ it works much better than the previous hot water heater I had that used a manual pump to dispense the water.

I purchased this product as a wedding anniversary gift. The recipients called to say that they were very pleased with it.
I also own this product and it is very convenient for making tea, quick oatmeal, etc. I would highly recommend this product.

Great Product! Very Useful! No Problems!
I drink lots of hot tea throughout the day so this really saves me time having to boil water and keeping some hot for when I want tea. It is very convenient and easy to use.

died in 3 months; poor customer service
Purchased this in November, the plug broke in January. Looked up the closest repair center - one hour away via interstate highway. Wrote to Panasonic, explained that the unit was less than three months old, that repair center was too far, and inquired about other options (mail exchange, perhaps?). Their response:
Thank you for your inquiry. We do regret to hear that your product is not operating properly.
Based on the information you have provided, we recommend having the product checked by an authorized Panasonic service center.
You can visit the following address to find the authorized service facility in your area.
The warranty period for the product is one-year parts and labor coverage for service. The warranty period begins at the time of purchase. The original sales receipt or a copy of the sales receipt is required to validate warranty service.

When I replied that I had already researched the repair centers, this was their non-response:

My suggestion, find out if you are within a reasonable driving distance of a repair center. Otherwise, avoid this brand.
