On the left hand side is a 405 sq. in. cooking area that is equipped with infrared bottom burners that let you achieve searing perfection, and create restaurant style grilling. Infrared technology is designed to lock in the flavor and reduce cooking time for better flavor and energy efficiency.

On the right hand side is the larger 750 sq. in. cooking zone that utilizes 304-stainless steel commercial grade burners for direct and convection style cooking. Together these two cooking locations combine for an incredibly large 1156 sq. in. cooking area, and give you the options of both infrared and convection style cooking for added user versatility and convenience. These burners are controlled with independent adjustment knobs that are easy to adjust and read. On both sides of the grill are Napoleons WAVE rod cooking grids optimize thoroughness of cooking and made out of cast iron they are extremely durable. The entire system is started with a simple, durable, and effective electronic ignition system that starts up every time. Also included is a commercial style rotisserie with four (4) forks and a counter balance.
