This 18 qt stainless steel cookwell (4918-20) is specially designed for the demands of commercial food preparation and volume cooking. Paired with any Nesco 18 qt roaster oven, this it is also popular for home cooking, catering and serving large groups.

Although not NSF approved for food service, this cookwell is approved by most state health inspectors for catering, buffets and similar uses.
