The adjustable temperature dial can be set anywhere from 200° to 400° F, allowing you to cook a meal, keep it warm, and even serve guests all from the same place. The cool-touch handles and portable design come in handy should you need to bring a dish to an event and use the oven as a server. In contrast to the typical slow cooker or crock pot design, this roaster's pan-like design is less likely to tip over in transport or when used as a buffet style server.
