Exactly as advertised, and FAST shipping to boot!!
I ordered this clothes hamper on 13 Feb, over the phone. Person on the other end was helpful and efficient. Got the email that it had shipped on 14 Feb. It showed up on my door on 15 Feb. WOW!! Fast shipping!
The clothes hamper was packaged efficiently, the instructions to assemble were simple and clear. The hardware wasn't cheap Chinese pot metal, but strong and useful. The hamper looks exactly like the pictures, and the gold/shiny brass hinges look nice. I have Rosewood bedroom furniture, and this hamper looks good with it. This is a quality product, and the LivingDirect folks performed as advertised, EXCEEDING my expectations.
