Product is functional for it's purpose and does not look like a traditional clothes hamper which allows me to have in in the hall. It was just disappointing when we went to put it together the front panel was defective and we had to request another and wait an additional week for the part. Customer service was though very helpful and did follow through as they stated which was awsome. We did not have to call numerous times and nag!
