Very effective!
We had a few mice prior to getting this device that we got rid of thru poison. I really hate doing that so I was so glad to get this plugged in. We have not seen, heard or found any mouse calling cards since plugging it in. I was so happy with it that I bought this current one which is our second purchase for our vacation house as we were seeing mouse calling cards there. I am sure they will not be seen now.
Also, we have 2 cats and 2 dogs and they do not seemed to be bothered by it at all.
Thanks so much.
Now I interested to see how effective it is on ants.

This particular unit is intended to repel rodents and insects, it does not say anything about bats specifically though it may work on them, it is not one of the intended uses.
