The adjustable thermostat allows you to easily select the perfect frying temperature for any food, and there’s also a useful indicator light that lets you know when the oil is ready. The deep fryer’s locking cover prevents spattering and the release of odors, while the large viewing window lets you see the status of your food without having to open the cover. The cover itself is vented and even has a removable charcoal air filter to absorb odors.

The Presto CoolDaddy Cool Touch Deep Fryer’s frying basket has an integrated exterior handle so you can lower your food into the oil with the cover closed to prevent spattering. After you’re done, the frying pot can be removed for breezy cleaning.
