The body and handles are made from stainless steel that will shine for years to come while the base is made of aluminum – ideal for evenly distributing the high amount of heat necessary for stir-frying. When you’re done cooking, cleaning is a breeze as the wok and cover are completely dishwasher-safe.
A tempered glass cover and long-handled wooden spatula are included, as the latter is specifically designed for the 05900-ESW with a wide-angled edge that conforms to the shape of the wok.
