Stage 2 continues to sharpen with a medium Sapphirite™ grinding wheel to give the blade a precision edge. Stage 3 finishes with an extra-fine-grit ceramic wheel that polishes and hones the blade to a razor-sharp edge. Furthermore, the adjustable blade selector gives you the power to sharpen any knife with four (4) blade settings. Select thick for hunting knives, medium for chef’s knives and standard kitchen knives, and thin for light blades like fillet and paring knives.
