Avanti 1.7 Cu. Ft. AC/DC Superconductor Refrigerator
Avanti 1.7 Cu. Ft. AC/DC Superconductor Refrigerat
This is an unbelievable appliance and is a backup to my RV refrigerator. The 12 volt feature is very important to me as my RV refrigerator uses propane or AC. Since there is no compressor, it is completely quiet and there is no defrosting. It has plenty of room for me, as a single person, and I will buy a 12 volt freezer to accompany this refrigerator.

This little refrigerator is a wonder. it's small and light enough to be easily portable and functioned well on our camping trip to the coast. It's slightly flimsy in construction, but this also contributes to its portability. We plugged it into the DC current in the car for the drive and then into the campground's AC current while there. It's quiet enough to sleep right next to and still hear the waves and birdsongs in the morning. A good solid value and currently doing double duty as a beverage cooler in my studio.

Great for Truckdrivers
I use this in my truck all the time. It's in and out every week. It could stand to be a little colder when I'm operating it on 12v. I have recamind this to other drivers. I was using a Coleman cooler before and was going through a cooler every 6 weeks to 3 months.
