The Smeg Opera 36 Inch Free Standing Dual Fuel Range (A1XU6, A1PU6) is equipped with a large arsenal of cooking modes that will keep even the most avid chef satisfied. Unlike many ranges that only have a few cooking modes, this range comes with nine (9) different modes including top and bottom heat, convection with top and bottom heat, intensive broil, convection broil, convection with bottom heat, European convection with bottom heat, European convection, defrost, and rotisserie cooking. With all of these modes simply a turn of the dial away, you can create even the most delicate of meals. The oven has a capacity of 3.2 cubic feet and comes equipped with halogen interior lights so that you can check in on the progress of your meal.

The range is also equipped with five (5) strong stainless steel sealed burners that have enough cooking area to let you boil pasta, create sauces, and even make side dishes in one convenient location. Above the burners are heavy duty cast iron full width grates so that you can easily slide pots and pans from one burner to another. Also included with this range is a full rotisserie kit that will allow you to make mouthwatering chicken, pork and much more with thorough rotisserie cooking. Underneath the oven is a pull-out storage drawer that will help you keep all of your kitchen cookware organized and easily accessible for when you need them.
