Complete with a full-feature remote control, you can change the air direction and speed without ever having to get up!
This unit's energy saving mode helps you to conserve energy when you're using it, while the 24 hour timer helps you control when the AC unit turns on and off (even when no one is around). It also uses R-410 refrigerant, which increases the unit's efficiency and reliability. These features can help cut costs on your energy bill and save you money. The auto-restart function turns your unit back on when there is a loss of power, and the slide-out filter is washable and reusable.

Highly Recommend
My central Heat & Air needs replacing. In the meantime, I purchased this unit (25,000 BTU's) to heat and cool my entire 1700 sq. ft. home. It keeps me very comfortable and is very easy to operate. I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the cost to operate, but the guy that installed it said to be sure and use the energy saver mode when not at home. Also, I did not know I needed a special outlet and therefore had to pay an electrician to wire and install an outlet. Also, it takes two people to install it, and I would recommend having a professional do it. I had to spend an extra $400 to have this installed, but it was worth it.

Awesome....
We had a problem using our oven, it would make the whole house hot, but now we can cook in comfort because the kitchen stays cool. Thanks, this had been a big problem for many years.

25000 BTU heat & air--7/20/2011
The cooling does a very good job. The heat I have not used as of yet.
It is a booger to set up, but I had some very good help. I am using this in a 1000 sf room...
I have a Mitsubishi slim line 18500 BTU in that room now that I am removing, because it is NOT WORTH THE MATERIAL IT IS MADE OF...

I know there are different configurations of 220 plugs. Is it possible to get the configuration of this one so I can get another plug if should need it.I had to change the one on my stove so it's not an issue; I just want to be prepared.
