The Sunpentown (SD-652TI) Mini Dehumidifier is capable of removing 650ml per 24 hours. It uses Peltier (Thermo-Electric) Technology to provide whisper quiet operation, ideal for nurseries, small bedrooms, closets and wardrobes. In addition to its compact size and quiet operation, it also features a removable 2.2 liter water tank, power and full indicator lights, and an auto shut-off function when the tank is full or removed.
This model features a UV Light and TiO2 mesh that kills germs and bacteria automatically when unit is turned on. It is very compact, has no compressor and requires no refrigerant, making it easy to move from place to place.

just fine little product
It is a little small for my area, but I did not know what I really would need. It is taking moisture out of the air just fine, it is wonderfully quiet and doing everything it is suppose to do.

The Best
I have purchased dehumidifiers before and they stop functioning after about 6 months. This is the best I have had. It is quiet and is perfect for our small basement. I live in Kansas and it is very humid so this is a very needed item. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a small space to dehumidify.

Great product.
This little guy works great very quiet and and takes out a lot of water. I live in a 40' travel trailer on the coast of northern california and it is very wet and cold in the winter time. I wanted a dehumidifier that was small and quiet because of my living space and this works perfect. I did not give it an energy rating because i have not looked at my bill to determine that but would imagine its low because its only pulling 75 or 80 watts. The one star for multiple features is that it only has one setting on or off. It would be nice if it had a shut off for desired dryness that way i wouldn't have to let it run excessively. Over all great product for what i need it for.

Mini dehumidifiers are intended for small rooms or bathrooms. They work well for smaller areas that need dehumidifying. If you are looking for a unit to cover 600 square feet or more you will need to look at a residential unit.
