Highly efficient for its size, this ice maker is capable of making 2 pounds of ice every hour and up to 35 pounds per day. Choose from three different cube sizes or set the timer using the unit's soft touch control panel with lighted LCD display screen.

Love it!
Love this icemaker. This is our second one and this time we got the one that makes 33lbs of ice per day. The only negative I have is that the led light display is hard to read. Have not tried the auto clean yet, but that also sold us on this icemaker. We use it in a summer cottage. We have well water there so we were always buying ice. This is so convenient and pays for itself. Would highly recommend!

works great
we have been useing the ice maker for 3 weeks. I got it set up, run
lemon juice to clean it out, dumped first 2 loads of ice. we use
filtered water for the ice. It takes about 6-7 minutes to freeze.

We are totally happy with this icemaker. We were always running out of ice at my office, and since purchasing this unit, we have more then enough to supply our staff of 49 with all the ice they need. Great buy!!

Sunpentown Portable Ice Maker - Stainless Steel
So far, so good. This was purchased to use in our church kitchen, and we were making ice every day for a week. Now we make ice any time we are going to be in the building for three or more hours. That way we can put the ice in bags and put in the freezer, so there will always be ice available. Ice is made quickly. Our first batch of ice was made in about twelve minutes. There is no effort to using this machine. Just pour in the water, plug it in, push the power button, and select your cube size. We have been making the medium-sized cubes and they seem to be the perfect size for filling drink cups and drink dispensers. I would recommend this machine for any small group that needs ice occasionally. I don't think it would be practical, though, for a group that needed ice constantly. I think it would also be very useful in a home environment.
