Excellent Product
No assembly required. Compact size. We use with 3 gallon size jug for convenience. The cold water is cold. Great product.

The only issue we have is the muss and fuss with installing a new jug. We are used to the coolers with the "spike system", which eliminates the water splash.

Works great--hard to put open bottle on the unit
I've had several other counter top water coolers--all had a puncture pin to make a hole in the cap of the 5 gallon bottle's top--on this unit that does not exist--I defy anyone to put a topless bottle of water on the unit without splashing water on the walls and floor--while the unit works fine, that small deletion of the puncture pin would cause me NOT to recommend the unit

Yes, if you had an empty jug to start with I think it'd be fine -- you'd probably have run vinegar/water through it every once in a while to keep the tea residue from gunking it up inside, but that's pretty standard maintenance.

You technically can fill the water container with tea however bear in mind it will need to be thoroughly cleaned afterward to move back to water. Also be aware that the container does not come with the unit and you will have to find one to place on the cooler.

Yes, you can fill the jug with other liquids to dispense, however, since you will be running tea through the water cooler, if you ever decide to run water or another liquid through afterward you run the risk of it coming out with a tea taste since you will more than likely have tea residue in the machine.1 of 1
