The charger fits over your phone like a regular silicone case with the charging element plugging directly into the synch port at the bottom of the phone. When the chargers battery is completely charged it will effectively double the talking time of a single iPhone battery.
You can charge the battery with a unique back mounted solar panel, or via an included mini-USB cable. Battery status indicator lights let you know when the battery is full, and a slide on/off switch allows you to conserve and protect the chargers battery.
