The majority of items we offer will ship out through two methods. Standard “Ground” carrier for smaller to midsize items and “Freight” carrier for larger items. Once you add an item to your shopping cart, we will clearly display the corresponding shipment method for each model. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier. Please take a moment to review the specifics of each delivery method so you will be properly prepared to receive your order.

Ground Shipping:

The most common carriers related to ground shipping are FedEx and UPS. Ground deliveries do not require a signature and may be left at the ship to location. Delivery may occur Monday through Saturday depending on your local delivery carrier. Orders must be fully processed by 12pm CST to be eligible for "Guaranteed Same Day Shipping." Orders processed after that time may ship out the following business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier. Freight Carrier:

Freight shipped items include a different delivery experience than ground so please read the following information carefully. On average, freight shipped items will arrive within 4 to 7 business days once they leave our warehouse. Orders must be fully processed by 12pm CST to be eligible for "Guaranteed Same Day Shipping." Orders processed after that time may ship out the following business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier. The freight carrier will contact you once they arrive in your area to arrange a delivery appointment as product inspection and delivery signature are required. Freight line items will be delivered to the front of your home or business. We do not have the ability to expedite freight shipped items.


Product Inspections:

Regardless of shipment method, please fully inspect deliveries within two business days of receipt and report any shipping damage to our service team within that time frame. Please retain all original packaging related to your order so our service team may properly assist you. Failure to report damage within two business days, or retain original packaging, may greatly reduce our ability to properly assist you.
